What People's Say About Place

It’s a cute place. You kinda might miss it if you don’t already know it’s there. There’s parking but it’s a tight squeeze. But I always find parking right around the corner. The server was great. Super patient with us. We were a large group and got there at different times. But it wasn’t busy and they were really attentive. The food was good, but needs more seasoning I got a menudo and the textures were great I think it just needs more flavor/seasoning. The coffee was great . Would come again.

loved my plate ..i asked for my plate not to be spicy at all and they did it ..some other places ive been to say they cant do that.. waitress was super nice and friendly....will be going back soon

They have the best fajitas in east la with their homemade tortillas rice and beans so delicious it’s right by my house too and I will always come and support locally ! It’s worth the wait honestly everything is fresh so don’t me upset they take their time it’s really authentic

Loved the food. Customer service is amazing. Definitely going back.

The food here is as authentic as it gets, I've had the mole, the costillitas en salsa verde and have not been disappointed, my GF got the Camaro es a la diabla and she loved them. The food here is delicious, but be ready to wait though, it's worth the wait.

As a Mexican originally born and from DF it was nice to see a restaurant dedicated to that area. I had the Pambazo which is my favorite dish and I was a bit disappointed. Maybe I have high expectations since I'm from there. But the bottom Pambazo bread was still soggy and anyone who knows about thay dish knows it shouldn't be soggy at all. It's supposed to be dry. The flavor of the chorizo was ok. Maybe low quality I'm not sure but it wasn't the best. Everything else was on point. Also they don't have fountain drinks. You buy sodas per can or bottle. Bit annoying but at least they offer Mexican cokes.

Service was great. We tried Pambazos with a huarache with steak and the portions are definitely generous. It was hard finding parking and it really doesn't look much from the outside but the food was very flavorful and filling. Will come back soon.

Got a carne asada burrito with rice, beans, and sour cream. The rice and beans definitely taste home made, a lot of flavor. Burrito was hot and packed. Green salsa went well with the burrito. I wish this spot was closer to my house since I live in valley. I would come here again and get the same thing and I would like to try out the rest of the menu. Maybe hurraches next time.
